Coaching that does the planning

Coaching that gets better over time.

STRYK helps you make better training decisions—not just generate workouts. Behind every recommendation is a coaching system built on structured knowledge, continuous improvement, and careful reasoning.

The problem

Most fitness apps still make you coach yourself.

You decide what to train, when to push, when to back off, and how to stay consistent after a missed day. STRYK exists to carry more of that work.

How Stryk thinks

It considers the plan before the exercise

01

Intent

Stryk starts with what you want, how often you can train, what you have access to, and what your body is used to.

02

Constraints

It keeps track of injuries, equipment limits, time, and recovery so recommendations stay inside those boundaries.

03

Weekly plan

Each week has a purpose: what to train, how hard to work, where to rest, and how to progress.

04

Adaptation

Logged sets and missed sessions change what comes next, without turning the plan into guesswork.

The product

Less managing. More training.

Safety

Safety before intensity

Training advice can affect someone's body. STRYK keeps clear limits around what it will and will not coach.

Injuries are constraints

A flagged shoulder removes overhead pressing from the candidate set entirely — it is not weighted down, it is excluded.

Medical limits stay clear

STRYK knows where coaching ends. It does not guess about medical problems or pretend to replace healthcare professionals.

No medical claims

Stryk never diagnoses, never prescribes rehab, and says so plainly in-product.

Beyond the app

Beyond the app

Most people will only ever see STRYK.

Behind it are two additional systems that allow coaching to improve over time.

STRYK Studio is our AI-powered production platform. It researches exercises, produces illustrations and animations, builds teaching content, performs quality assurance, and publishes approved coaching assets.

Exercise Intelligence is the structured knowledge that sits behind the coaching experience. It captures how exercises work, how they should be taught, common mistakes, coaching cues, regressions, progressions, equipment, biomechanics, and movement principles.

As that knowledge improves, STRYK improves.

Every athlete benefits from the same continuously evolving foundation.

Claude

Why Claude

Building these three systems requires more than generating text.

We're using Claude throughout the company to help design the product, engineer the platform, build STRYK Studio, expand Exercise Intelligence, and reason through complex coaching problems.

Claude is not simply a feature inside STRYK.

It is a foundational part of how we build the company itself.

That allows a small team to design, build, test, and continuously improve a coaching platform that would traditionally require a much larger organisation.

Building STRYK

Building STRYK

We're building more than a fitness app.

We're building an AI-native coaching company.

The coaching experience athletes use is only one part of the system.

Behind it sits a production platform that continuously creates and improves coaching assets, and a growing body of structured exercise knowledge that makes every recommendation more consistent and more useful over time.

Our goal isn't to replace coaches.

It's to make high-quality coaching available to far more people than traditional one-to-one coaching ever could.

We're still early, but we're building deliberately, investing in strong foundations, and choosing long-term quality over rapid feature growth.

Roadmap
Now

A consumer strength-training app that plans the week, guides the session, and helps athletes adjust safely.

Next

Better progression, smarter changes after missed sessions, and more ways to measure whether the coaching is helping.

Later

Coaching that can use your goals, schedule, equipment, constraints, training history, and progress across longer blocks.
